This is a gripping and amazing story of survival in the antarctic. I was thoroughly engaged throughout this account. Ms. Alexander is an outstanding writer whose version holds the reader on the edge. Her rendition of the plight of the captain and crew of the Endurance was personally inspiring to me as a writer and publisher.
The Endurance:Shackleton's Legendary Antarctic Expedition is a five star story and Caroline Alexander gave it a five star writing!
